Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Please login to your resident portal to make payments. There are different options for payment, choose the one that works best for you! If you need assistance logging in or setting up payments, please reach out to a member of the Windcrest Village team!

LOG IN

Please do not park anywhere that blocks other vehicles from driving through the parking lot. For those living in townhomes, you may not block access to neighbors' garages by parking in front of your own, should there be a vehicle in the space immediately opposite you. Parking in your garage stall is the best way to prevent this from occurring.

To reserve the community room, please use the online calendar. Please limit your reservation to the time you'll be in the space as a courtesy to other residents. Please clean up after yourself and remove personal belongings and trash after you are finished. Cleaning and damage fees may be assessed if necessary. Thank you and enjoy!

RESERVE

Windcrest Village is a pet friendly property. In order to keep the grounds clean and enjoyable for all residents, pet waste must be cleaned up immediately and deposited into waste stations. Fecal specimens found by management will be tested and fines will be assessed accordingly.

Please set up your gas and electricity service immediately, call Spencer Municipal Utilities at (712) 580-5800.

Our maintenance team is here to take care of any issues that may arise in your home. Please use your resident portal to submit requests. We will do our best to respond quickly. You may also call the office.

LOG IN

We ask that all residents be mindful of others living in the building. While quiet hours are to begin at 10PM, excessive noise anytime of the day may be grounds for a lease violation and accompanying fines. Thank you for being kind and respectful!

Dumpsters are located in the in front of the 1001 building or to the west of the 801 building. Your trash must be taken down to the dumpsters immediately and not left outside your front door. There are dumpsters beside each townhome building that is available for the residents of the townhomes only.

During winter months, you may be asked to move your car from the parking lot in order to clear the snow from the area. Our team will notify you via email & text when this may be necessary. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

During winter months, snow shovels and buckets of salt are placed at each entrance of the property. Our team will work to clear sidewalks throughout the winter when snow reaches 2". If you have any questions, please contact our office.
